  • Blade Steak (MISUJI)

    Enjoy the incredibly sweet taste of marbled beef with the meat from under the shoulder blades.

  • Tri-Tip Steak (TOMO-SANKAKU)

    Part of the round tip from beef thigh. A section that is very soft and rich in flavor.

  • Beef Chuck Ribs (KATA-SANKAKU)

    The triangular section with a concentrated meat flavor found between the chuck shoulder and front stomach. It is marbled despite being lean meat, allowing you to experience its deliciousness.
